What are the greatest financial risks facing MATs? How are risks identified, registered and implemented? Using real examples, Stephen Gough, KPMG UK, will be facilitating the roudtable discussion on financial risk.

Through open and frank conversation and under Chatham House rule, this session will explore the pressing need for robust financial strategy in the face of stretched budgets, financial notices to improve (FNTIs) and media attention. Alongside fellow MAT board members, delve into how poor financial risk management impacts staffing structures, integrated financial curriculum planning, and community action groups.
