The discussions will last an hour with 12 invited attendees and will be facilitated by a governance expert/Regional Adviser who will steer the discussions and generate conversation. Places are limited so please register your interest. 

Through open and frank conversation, this session will explore how to strike the right balance of challenge and support with your executive team, how to ask the right questions in the face of determined executives. Come ready to share your experiences whilst also improving your own governance knowledge. Chaired by governance expert Felicity Gillespie, you will be able to have a frank and honest discussion with peers under Chatham House rule.

Felicity Gillespie, Governance Expert

Felicity has over 20 years' experience in the UK's education sector, working as an adviser to Ministers and senior officials. Her experience spans many roles including non-executive director, Education Adviser and has expertise in MAT governance, particularly turnaround and crisis management cases.
