Join board, sector and senior leaders to share your challenges and experiences, hear from the sector and discover best practice.

Strategy is the first responsibility of the board. Is your board strategy ready to withstand the challenges of the next five years? Are the priorities set for the year ahead? Are you clear on what good board strategy looks like in the academies sector?

We are delighted to be joined by Rebecca Ganz and Dave Wilkin to discuss the challenge of setting and implementing board strategy. Rebecca is an experienced advisor to boards, entrepreneurs and CEOs. As well as her experience as a MAT board trustee, Rebecca will bring cross-sector insight from her role with a large NHS Foundation Trust and from the technology, health and wellness sectors. Dave Wilkin is Vice-Chair at the eight-school Pontefract Academy Trust and also currently a Non-Executive Chair of Real Life Options, a charitable organisation that operates in the social care sector. Dave was previously the Chair of Carleton Park School.

Bring your burning questions and examples to question our expert speakers.
